Ultra Developments was assigned to undertake a complete refurbishment of the rear lounge, dining room, and kitchen. After consulting with our customer, they decided on a complete open-plan design for all three rooms. This meant large structural steels were installed to support the rear of the house, as all dividing walls and the original rear wall of the house had to be removed.

Large, fixed roof light windows, large aluminium sliding doors, and large aluminium French doors were installed, leading out onto a brand new porcelain tiled paved patio area. New kitchen and utility rooms were created, and fantastic new kitchen and appliances were installed by our kitchen partner HB Kitchens.

Luxury vinyl floors are fitted throughout, and the room is finished with new lighting and painting. We have another extremely happy customer who is delighted with their stunning new room.
