Detached Garage Conversion

Ultra Developments were appointed to transform this detached double garage into a versatile and comfortable living space.

The existing garage door was removed and replaced with a stunning set of aluminium bi-fold doors, while the original side entrance door was upgraded to stylish aluminium French doors, allowing plenty of natural light into the room.

To ensure year-round comfort, the walls, floor and ceiling were fully insulated. We also installed a new bathroom complete with a WC and vanity unit, along with electric heating, laminate flooring, new skirting boards and full decoration throughout.

The result is a bright, modern lounge and bedroom space that perfectly meets our client’s needs. Another successful conversion and, most importantly, another very happy customer delighted with their new living area.
