We can’t recommend this company highly enough, we engaged them to project manage, design and build the refurbishment of our newly bought apartment in a listed building in the Albert Dock Liverpool. The project was a challenge as the team at Ultra Developments had to ensure they understood the requirements of working in a listed building and work with us to renovate the apartment sympathetically in line with its heritage, and successfully integrate modern improvements enhancing its unique features and setting. The team were experienced, skilled and very professional and could not do enough for us and they have delivered all of our ideas and wishes, provided excellent advice and the quality of their work and eye for detail has been of the highest standard.The result of their work is stunning and well surpassed our expectations.

When we bought our home with four distinct areas in the back half of the house, it was great because there were so many rooms! After a year or so in the house we thought about changing the kitchen and it was then that we realised that with four areas we were losing a lot of space and light. We invited Ultra Development along to discuss what we could do. They were great, buzzing with new ideas and dramatic changes, they showed great patience as we considered the possibilities. They invited a kitchen designer along to give us some ideas of what the kitchen might look like after the changes. We took the plunge and now have a beautiful kitchen diner 6.5m by 6.5m with all the light we could want and a great space to party! Thank you Ian and Paul.

I could not praise Paul and his team enough for the fantastic workmanship. Their time keeping is spot on they are there when they say they will be. They were very accommodating with access etc for my disabled son and the cleanliness on site was spot on. It was a pleasure to have them work in my home.
