Ultra Developments completed this project as a preferred partner for HMS (Housing Maintenance Solutions). Ultra Developments converted a standard garage, to become a bedroom and disabled wet room facility.

The specialist conversion included knocking through from original property to the garage, configuring the layout to enable a hoist to be fitted for the client. Level access bathroom for wheelchair and large rear entrance doors where installed to allow wheelchair access to the garden. All plumbing, electrics and decorating completed to the highest standard to give the client complete satisfaction.
