This was our second job at this property, as last year we converted a garage, to a new office space, the customer was so pleased with the conversion, that they engaged us to complete more work, including:

– A newly remodelled porch, with Rock door and side frames, removing the internal door, to make a larger hallway.

– Knock through from kitchen to rear lounge, new vaulted ceiling, with Velux roof windows, new six-metre aluminium sliding patio doors, creation of new downstairs bathroom and utility room.

-Brand new kitchen and appliances, with quartz worktops installed, in conjunction with our kitchen partner, HB Kitchens.

– New UPVC windows, on the rear of the property.

– Work also included a new 1st-floor bathroom, knocked through into a small bedroom, to create a very large bathroom, to include, a new bathroom suite, and separate shower, floor tiling, and half wall tiling.

– The painting was included throughout the job.

The customer now planning to have us back for more work in 2024
