Ultra Developments were delighted to be recommended to Duncan and Lucinda and subsequently appointed to deliver this impressive wrap-around extension and ground floor renovation.

The project was designed to transform the existing layout into a spacious, open-plan living environment better suited to modern family living. To achieve this, we undertook significant structural alterations, removing internal load-bearing walls and installing the necessary structural supports to create a seamless flow throughout the ground floor.

The works included the construction of a substantial wrap-around extension, installation of a new boiler and underfloor heating system throughout the ground floor, new aluminium bi-folding doors, and new uPVC windows to maximise natural light and improve energy efficiency.

To complete the transformation, Ultra Developments installed new timber flooring throughout the ground floor and carried out the full external rendering package, giving the property a fresh, contemporary appearance.

The result is a stunning family home that combines practicality, comfort and modern design.
