Redholme Nursing Home

Ultra Developments completed a commercial project at Redholme Nursing Home. The following works were carried out:

  • Construction of new 20mtr x 5mtr extension to original lounge
  • Including, plastering, flooring and decoration
  • Updating of existing heating system
  • Removal of existing conservatory, and replace with new orangery, with insulated Guardian roof
  • Replacement of 60no UPVC windows throughout the whole building
  • Complete replacement of gutters, facia, and soffits, and T&G cladding
  • Refurbishment of 16no bedrooms, including, new carpets, re-decoration, new wardrobes, and vanity units
  • New timber doors, and door closers where fitted to all refurbished bedrooms
  • New carpets where fitted to all access corridors
  • Refurbishment of communal corridor bathrooms
  • New 20mtr x 5mtr patio area, with glass balustrade was constructed, giving easy access to the garden
  • All of the above was subject to planning and building regulations, this being made more difficult as it is situated in a conservation area
