Ultra Developments recently completed the conversion of half of a detached garage into a beautiful and functional downstairs bathroom. This was our second time working with this client, and we were thrilled to see them just as happy with the results this time around.

The project involved knocking through from the hallway to create access into the newly built bathroom. The space was thoughtfully designed and fitted with a WC, sink, heated towel rail, decorative wall lighting, and stylish herringbone flooring — all chosen to create a warm, modern, and practical finish.

It was a pleasure to work with these wonderful clients once again, and we hope to have the opportunity to collaborate with them on future projects.
